How much does the UPA Pool School cost?
The total cost is only $825.00 and includes everything listed in our 2 day package. There is a $250 deposit (non-refundable) due at the time of reserving your Pool School dates.

What other costs are associated with the school?
There are no other costs from us. You will of course need to book your flight and take care of your hotel accommodations. Our sponsoring hotel will escort you from the airport to your hotel as well as provide transportation to and from the training venue during your stay.
Can I take the class together with a friend or loved one?
Yes. Classes are designed to be 1 on 1 for your benefit. However, if you would like to enhance your experience by taking the course with someone else, then we have a special discounted rate of only $1,400.00 ($250.00 savings).
Where does the school take place?
Our Pool School takes place year round in the beautiful city of Phoenix, Arizona.
Do you have special hotel rates for students?
Yes, the UPA is sponsored by local Embassy Suite Hotels and can provide our students with discounted rates as well as the following ammenites:
- A spacious two room suite with private bedroom and seperate living room.
- Daily Full cooked-to-order breakfast
- Daily Evening Manager’s Reception
- 24-hour airport shuttle and transportation upon request (within 3 mile radius).
- 24-hour complimentary use of business center
- Heated outdoor pool and whirlpool
- 24-hour on site Fitness Center

Can I receive personal instruction in my home town?
Yes, our professional instructor will travel to your location at your conveniance. Please note that there will be an additional cost of $1,000 to include travel fees and costs ($500 non-refundable deposit required).

How good do I need to be in order to take full advantage of this school?
Our Pool School program is designed to advance your game no matter what your current level of play is. We specialize in meeting players “where they are” and understanding their needs as a student of the game. So whether you are picking up a cue for the first time or ready to go pro, our pool school program is designed to evolve you as a player.
How long is the Pool School?
The UPA Pool School is an intensive 2 day program with each day consisting of 6-8 hours of professional instruction, depending on the skill and experience of the player/student:
DAY 1: You will be assessed/measured to compare your current level of play which will include a review of the basic fundamentals of pool including stance, alignment, stroke, etc. Learning the basics will propel your ongoing learning experience, giving you confidence and new found skills to last a lifetime.
DAY 2: Utilizing exclusive drills to develop consistency, position play, and safety play, as well as providing you with professional kicking/banking technique/systems that will help you develop rhythms and timing. You will acquire pre-shout routines and learn to control your mind to enhance performance and confidence.
